114 is not okay

now that the holidays are over, i have 5 months to get into amazing shape.

Starting Sunday, January 04 2009

Current weight: 114.5 lbs
goal: 95 lbs
Lose approx 20 lbs.

Week one plan:

Sunday:
small breakfast, mostly fruit. water/juice fast for remainder of day.
30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 leg lifts before bed.

Monday:
small fruit for breakfast. water/juice fast, small dinner.
30 sit ups, 20 push up, 20 leg lifts before bed.

Tuesday:
Complete liquid fast, including soup for lunch, small salad for dinner.
40 sit ups, 30 push ups, 30 leg lifts before bed.

Wednesday:
small breakfast, small lunch, small dinner. do no exceed 500 cal.
40 sit ups, 30 push ups, 30 leg lifts before bed.

Thursday:
small breakfast, water/juice fast for remainder of day.
50 sit ups, 40 push ups, 40 leg lifts before bed.

Friday:
small fruit for breakfast, water/juice fast, small dinner.
50 sit ups, 40 push ups, 40 leg lifts before bed.

Saturday:
water/juice fast, dinner.
60 sit ups, 40 push ups, 40 leg lifts before bed.



IMPORTANT RULES:
-Everyday must consume 1.5 ltrs of water.
-Every week should contain a progress report/photo.
-Everyday must log onto lj and check off each day.

11 weeks?

I haven't touched this in so long.

Things have been rough. And as pathetic as it is to say, its helped my weight loss.

I'm moving in with my boyfriend in about 2 weeks. I was prescribed to a new bc pill in which caused me to have horrible nightmares about the two of us. It all consisted in him cheating on me or going back to his ex girlfriend of 2 years who I occasionally run into around the mall. I caught him lurking her livejournal, ever since then things have been really stressful. His reasoning was "I wanted to see if she was okay.." i dont deal with that well.

Anyway. I work about a half an hour walk from my apartment now, and will be the same distance after I move. Its good to get some excersize. I've lost about 7 lbs in the past 2 months. I guess thats a healthy way. I'm currently at 110. I'd really like to loose that extra 10 before bathing suit weather.

I'm giong to work on sit ups. I've been eating like crap

Day one.

Unfortunately I'm without a scale for quite some time. This could either be great or terrible.

As I'm typing it is 10:30 AM of day one. I'm mostly tired and keeping my mind off foods. The more experience I get with restricting, the easier it seems to be. Grocery shopping on my own has enabled me to plan ahead, save money on unneeded foods and made me feel more grown up. It felt good to have control.

Half a grapefruit for breakfast/lunch: 50 cals
Tomato soup for dinner (1 cup): 80 cals.

total: 130 cals.

I want to try this all week. I'll alternate days with celery and peanut butter because its just too good to give up. I'm addicted to peanut butter. Plus the protein is good for a vegetarian.

I want hip bones. I want to have skinnier legs that look good in short shorts rather than skanky. I want bony shoulers. i want my ribs to show slightly, in a pretty way. I just want to feel pretty. I want to believe people when they say I'm pretty. I want to look nice in even the ugliest clothes because they'll always fit right.

As self centered as it is. I want people to envy me. I want people to be jealous. I hate that.

Fresh

I have a new "must have's" grocery shopping list;

-celery (minus calories!!! it takes a lot to digest it)
-green apples (takes 3 hours to digest, so feeling full longer :))
-soup
-sf hot chocolate

I really want grapefruit but i dont know when its in season.

I figure I'll start a legit diet on monday. right now my apartment fridge/cupboard looks like your casual students diet; easy-mac, microwavable this and thats.

Need to loose those 10 lbs by the end of march!!!

Journal?

I rarely post in this. I mainly lurk communities :(

I'd really like to be more active, post pictures, thoughts, you know..what journals are for! Text only will be public, picture posts will be friends only for obvious reasons..

I'm currently going through a whole make-over deal: new hair, clothes, body.. the works.

Here's a run-down of how things are going:
height; 5'4"
cw; 110lbs
stgw; 100lbs
ltgw; 95lbs double digits would be wonderful.

current BMI: 18.9
ltgw BMI: 16.3

Ugh, I can't wait!

My diet has consisted of this:

Tea during the day, 1.5 litres of water, some days I will have salads for lunch, 90-100 cal soups in a mug for dinner
(I put food in smaller portioned containers, its a psychological thing).

I would rather not ruin my metabolism, so this weekend I am grocery shopping for raw veggies and fruit for earlier meals during the day.
